All interior photo shoots come with floor plans.

  1. Properties will be shot “as is,” so it is encouraged that the property is clean, staged, and photo-ready at the scheduled time.
    • If the property is not ready for photography upon arrival and the shoot takes longer than scheduled, a $50 fee will apply for the additional time required.
  2. The Photographer, or any employee of CBogle Photo, reserves the right to refuse to photograph any part of the property if safety or legal concerns arise.
  3. Reschedules/Cancellations
    • Reschedules/Cancellations can be made by the Client up to 24 hours before the shoot is scheduled. Any cancellations/reschedules within the 24-hour window must be made via email, text, or phone call.
    • Reschedules made within the 24-hour window before the shoot will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
    • Reschedules made within 4 hours before the shoot will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
    • Cancellations on-site will be charged the full booked amount. If the distance to the shoot is greater than 25 miles, an additional $50 charge will be applied for on-site cancellations.
  4. Copyright and Usage Rights
    • The Photographer/CBogle Photo retains full copyright ownership of all photographs, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, or graphics created.
    • The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the imagery solely for marketing the specific property while the listing is active.
    • Once the property is sold, rented, or otherwise removed from the market, that license will expire.
    • The license is non-transferable. The Client may not resell, license, sublicense, gift, assign, or transfer any rights to the photographs, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, or graphics created.
    • The Photographer/CBogle Photo retains the irrevocable right to use the images for marketing, self-promotion, or other purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, and brochures.
    • The Client may use any images on their own website or for self-promotion, as long as proper credit is given, regardless of the property being on the market or sold.
  5. Liability and Indemnification
    • The Photographer/CBogle Photo’s liability is limited to the professional fees paid by the Client for the specific shoot.
    • The Client warrants that necessary permissions for access to and photographing the property have been obtained.
    • The Photographer/CBogle Photo accepts no liability for property damage, injuries, or legal issues arising from the shoot.
    • The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Photographer/CBogle Photo from any claims or legal proceedings related to photographing the property.
    • The Photographer/CBogle Photo is not responsible for delays or cancellations beyond our control, including weather or property unavailability.
    • The Client assumes responsibility for ensuring the property is safe and accessible for the Photographer/CBogle Photo employees.
  6. Delivery and Inspection
    • Edited images will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot unless agreed upon otherwise. Videos and other services may require more time, but that will be communicated.
    • 3D Floor plans and virtual walkthroughs will be delivered within 48-72 hours plus depending on the square footage of the property.
    • Clients must inspect all delivered works within 3 business days of delivery. After this period, any additional revisions/reshoots will incur an additional fee.
  7. CBogle Photo operates as an independent contractor. No agency, partnership, or employer-employee relationship is created through this agreement.
  1. Vehicles will be shot “as is,” so it is encouraged that the vehicle(s) are clean and photo-ready at the scheduled time.
    • If the vehicle(s) are not ready for photography upon arrival and/or the shoot takes longer than scheduled, a $25/30 min fee will apply for the additional time required.
  2. The Photographer, or any employee of CBogle Photo, reserves the right to refuse to photograph any vehicle if safety or legal concerns arise.

      • If the Client is requesting a shoot for non-listing purposes (car show, wanted cool photos, etc.), the imagery may be used in any way at their discretion for any amount of time.
    • Once the vehicle is sold, rented, or otherwise removed from the market, that license will expire.
      • If the Client is requesting a shoot for non-listing purposes, the license will not expire.
    • The license is non-transferable. The Client may not resell, license, sublicense, gift, assign, or transfer any rights to the photographs, videos, or graphics created without the permission of CBogle Photo.
    • The Photographer/CBogle Photo retains the irrevocable right to use the images for marketing, self-promotion, or other purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, and brochures.
